Wow. So this entry marks the one year anniversary of my achievement lists. Making these lists has helped me a lot with my frustration, feelings of helplessness, and ADHD/anxiety. These lists give me something to look back at and say “I did do things”. In the last year I have made serious progress towards living a happier and healthier life, filled with good friends, great family, dance, love, laughter, and a renewed sense of self. I have made tremendous progress in my graduate program. I have struggled with new and unexpected medical problems. I have lived a life I am happy with. Not everything is fantasy perfect, but screw that I like reality better. The list is below.
